Our charming cottage is a 3 min walk to the lake and includes a plethora of amenities good for any day of the year with excellent internet, and year round beauty. Only a short drive Waynesville, Cherokee Ski, Asheville, and more.

Livy's Lake Cottage is a tranquil and private 1940s restored 2bd/1bt pet-friendly 1000sq ft cottage in the PERFECT location for vacationers, retreats, remote workers, couples, and small families. Our charming cottage is a 3 min walk to Lake Junaluska and includes a plethora of amenities good for any day of the year with excellent internet, and year round beauty. The main floor feature both bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and desk/dining/game area. The downstairs features our beautiful farmhouse style dining table, kitchen, and laundry closet as well as access to the back porch and yard. The cottage was recently renovated as of June 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes 2 queen size tempurpedic beds with luxury hotel style linens and bathroom essentials. Our cottage includes all of the perfect amenities for year round stays including complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, cornhole, bocci ball, foosball, propane grill, firepit, electric fireplace, tennis rackets w/ balls, mini golf clubs w/ balls, books, games, puzzles, excellent internet speed, and a ROKU TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, and more! Our kitchen is fully stocked with new dishware, glassware, and all new cookware. Kitchen amenities include spices, herbs, oils, stainless steel appliances, a Brita filter, dishwasher, blender, toaster, microwave, and laundry essentials. The bathroom and bathroom closet is equipped with essentials and we've even included extra supplies, batteries, blankets, and more in our supply closet for you. From our detailed Welcome Book, activities, amenities, and more, we've thought of EVERYTHING you would want and need to make your stay relaxing and memorable. It is walking distance to the lake, retreat center, community pool, tennis courts, kayak rentals, and more. We can't wait to host you!
Other Details to Note
Please note that there are stairs leading from the parking spots to the front entryway. The bedrooms, bathroom, and living room are located on the first floor (upstairs). The kitchen, washer/dryer, seating area, and back patio are on the 2nd floor (downstairs).
